Poloplaz Primero Polyurethane – 500VOC – The best oil base polyurethane, Period!  This is a high VOC product and will not be shipped to many states that have VOC regulations. PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOU ORDER !!! 757-333-0515 

as a general rule the area on the east coast north of Richmond, Virginia up through Maine is probably not permitted.

also going west along I-80 it is not permitted in those states (Pa. Oh. In. out thru Illinois). Starting in Wisconsin west should be ok.

also California is definately not allowed.

All this being said THIS GREAT FORMULA IS SHIPPABLE TO THOSE PROBLEM LOCATIONS IN THE “QUART CADDY’ UNITS – 16 QUARTS IN A PLASTIC 5GAL BUCKET – TOTAL OF 4 GALS.
