DISINFECTING WOOD FLOORS Pioneer EclipseTM NOVATM is a concentrated germicidal disinfectant, cleaner and deodorizer that leaves behind a subtle Fresh lemon scent. NOVATM is a 1:32 concentration. Use 1 oz of NOVATM per quart (32 oz) of water.
1. Prepare diluted solution. 2. Pre-clean any heavily soiled surfaces. 3. Apply diluted solution with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device, hand pump, coarse pump or trigger spray device. 4. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe the spray. Soak a microfiber pad and use that to spread the solution to completely cover the treated surface. 5. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. 6. Allow to air dry.
Comments / Suggestions: • Recommend turning off all heat, AC, ventilation, fans, etc. to increase dry time. • Either apply during day or with a lot of light so that you ensure 100% coverage. • Keep windows closed to increase dry time. • Pay special attention to area in front of refrigerator or any source for warm, dry air. These areas will dry faster. • There will be no residue left behind from the single application. • If the homeowner has used a cleaner with surfactants, it actually helps NOVATM flow out better and provides a more even distribution. If they only clean with vinegar, there may be a little “beading”. A second wipe with the microfiber will help.
