TimberSeal is a wood floor sealer specially formulated to optimize adhesion and protect gainst tannin bleed. The acrylic, water based polymer provides even coverage and a quick dry time. 

• The high solids (34%) formulation flows easily and provides a strong build layer.

• Minimizes tannin bleed and grain raise.

• Low VOC formula.

• Quick dry time – 2-3 hours.

• Water soluble which allows for easy clean-up.

• This water based wood floor sealer can be applied with a T-bar, Roller (1/4 inch nap), or Cut-in Pad.
